I need to lose weight ðŸ˜
I had a baby back in October. I was doing well losing the baby weight while breast feeding, but since I stopped 5-6 months ago, I’ve been gaining weight like crazy. I don’t eat right. I can’t stay away from sweet and salty stuff. I work full time and take care of my son full time when I’m home and I feel like I never have a chance to work out and do exercise. I want to lose 50 lbs max.. someone help! Give me advice. What apps should I use? When do I find the time to go to the gym? 😒
