Car seat help. Why does it keep tipping like this?

Every time we take the car seat out of it, this happens

Your middle seat might not be designed for a car seat. A lot of cars cannot have a car seat in the middle!

Check your manual. Some cars do not allow the middle seat to have a car seat. Try installing it on one of the sides to see if you can get a better install. 
The best/ safest place for a car seat is where you can get the best install that you vehicle allows. 
When you do install the seat again be sure the lock the seat belt. Do you have a picture form the side?

I would install it on one of the sides. What seat is this? Idk if that much overhang is okay. 
One of the side seats will give you a much better install. It’ll make it right in the front passenger or driver, but it’ll make it safe for baby.

It looks like it's from the seat belt. Like the top strap of the seat belt is pulling the base up when the carseat isn't in it. Our base came with a clip to put on the strap to keep it from doing this.
