Sos help 😭

Y’all I am so uncomfortable. I officially have hemorrhoids. Never experienced them in my life and I need some tips/recommendations to get rid of them. I started soaking in a warm bath and read preparation H helps which I need to pick up. Any mommas have some tips that can help them either go away completely or help the uncomfortableness?

I’m supposed to be going on a 6 hour car ride Thursday and these make it miserable 😭😭😭
