Bleeding after a positive pregnancy test yesterday?😔

I’m just gonna post the screenshot because I posted it in a different group already!!

Note* I’m still bleeding it’s a brighter red no blood clots or pain but a little discomfort. So I took another test and the line is very faint nothing compared to the one in the picture. My period was also due in three days!
Can someone tell me if this happened to them and still went through with the pregnancy?
I also had some blood work today 😔🙏 hoping for good news tomorrow

Its possible it's a chemical pregnancy or false positive. Have blood drawn either way.

I bled super bad about a week after my positive with my second child. I woke up and bright red blood was all over in my shorts. I was crying and thought I miscarried. I went to the ER and they said the baby was still there. But it was a threatened miscarriage, I had to take a few weeks off from work and be on bed rest. She is now a healthy 4 year old.

Update* I kept on bleeding it got heavier just like a regular period and the doctor call back said my levels were down to a 3 so I guess it was a chemical pregnancy

I don’t like giving bad news, but this did happen to me and I ended up miscarrying! 
The only difference was,  each day I started testing before I started bleeding, the lines got lighter and lighter :(
