Meal before glucose test
I am scheduled for my glucose test at 3pm on Wednesday. Was not told I need to fast. What would you suggest I eat for lunch that day? I will be working and usually take my lunch at noon/12:30ish. I’ve heard high protein, low carb/sugar for sure.
