Baking soda water, it's gross but it makes your stomach acid not as acidic

Drink pickle juice! That and tums are literally the only things that help me.

Mine just hit so bad too at 22-23 weeks🤢 it doesn’t seem to matter what I eat either and tums help for a good 5 minutes.

First time around I took Zantac 150 2x a day plus tums in between. This time around I’m on synthroid so antacids are a timing issue so I have been taking a 24 hour Prevacid which is doing wonders.

I got prescription Zantac a week ago and it’s helped loads.

My mom said a tesspoon of mustard so gross zantac 150 and stay away from acid stuff sauce choc. Ect
