So I’m 12 weeks and fell..

I’m 12 weeks and I fell down the stairs. I landed more on my side but on the side my sweet boy likes to hang. I’m only worried because I had some cramps. I have a Doppler and heard his heart beat but still worries. Is it something I should be? I do have a regular appointment tomorrow that I am going to tell him what happened but just wanted to see what you guys thought. Tia
