Suggestions for post partum swelling?!

Help! I barely had swelling throughout pregnancy. Now my feet are HUGE. bP is fine but holy cow. How do I make this go away? 4 days pp.

Elevate, ice and epsom salt. Watch your salt intake as well

I was the same way- didn’t swell until after I gave birth... just elevate when you can! It will taper off, I promise! I think it probably lasted about a week or so for me.

I went in today for a two week check up on my c-section incision and told my doctor my concerns about the swollen I had in my feet (my feet’s are extremely swollen) and she told me it could take a couple of weeks until it goes down

Mine lasted about a little over a week. It’ll get better

Mine did that last pregnancy as well. When I walked the tops of my feet felt like jiggly jello. I elevated them. Did Epsom soaks and had my partner put cool rags on them and massage them :)

I am also 4 days PP and today my feet and ankles have finally stopped being swollen like that! I upped my water intake A LOT and propped my feet up as much as possible. I also think my body needed time to get out all of the fluids I had received through IV during my two day long induction!

Mine are the same! I'm 5 days post c section. Hoping it's normal. My bp is fine too.
