Breast feeding
This is baby #3. I’ve breast fed both of my sons for over 12 months and when doing so I loose a tremendous amount of weight ! I am contemplating breast feeding this time around because I don’t want to loose weight . It’s very stressful and was also apart of my post partum depression . Any moms know ways to keep weight on while breast feeding . I may just cut back to 4-6 months of breastfeeding.
