The past couple of months I’ve been feeling uncomfortable around my boss. He’s a middle aged man and I’m 18 and there’s just something that doesn’t sit right with me. He always wants a hug from me and all his other female employees (he only hires females. I work in a dance wear store by the way). I’ve been applying for other jobs and I’m waiting to hear back so I can get out of there as fast as possible. Any tips to deal with this situation in the mean time? I’m kinda stuck😕
