Clayton homes, the prefabricated houses? Me and my husband are looking to buy a house but I stumbled upon a bunch of lots in a small town that we love and they all have some acreage. We want to be able to ride our dirtbikes and I want to rescue a horse again so having land is important to us. We could buy the land in cash soon and they we could save up more to buy or finance the prefab house... I know they're small houses that's what we want. Any advice for a first time home buyer!!
