Milk supply
Recently i had to spend 3 days 2 nights away from my 8 week old daughter while i was in the hospital. My milk has not been able to keep up with her since and ive had to supplement with a few bottles a day. Looking for foods/drinks to help with this? Also I'm not able to take any supplements/vitamins.
