Weight loss

Hello everyone!

So I’m 18 and I’m struggling so bad to lose weight. I’m 170lbs and 5’3 no matter how much I workout or eat good I just gain weight in the past 4 years I’ve gained 40lbs and every time I start eating good, I don’t see results so I go back to eating bad. I know muscle weighs more than fat but my waist is getting bigger.

Any tips on losing weight, and slimming down my waist?
