How far along will doctor say I am when I go?

I’m confused about the whole weeks thing. So do they only go off of your last period (07/12/2019)? Do they add in how long your cycle is (34days) or what day you think you ovulated (08/01/2019)? 
Or do they just measure the baby an tell you how far you are? 
I feel silly for not knowing but I’m curious and need some help. Thank you!

You can also google due date calculators and the ones that have you enter your last lmp and cycle length with give you a better date. It's probably only off by a couple days than if you just went by your last period :)

Initially they'll go off your last period, assuming you have a 28 day cycle, which actually most women don't have that. But anyways, they'll sometimes call you in for a dating ultrasound to get a better idea of how far along you are if you tend to have longer cycles or irregular cycles.

My LMP was 7/12/19 and my cycle is 35 days. My doc didn't tell me yet we are watching things. Going in for labs tomorrow. I got multiple apps and based on LMP I would be like 6 weeks 3/4 days but the other ones where I enter my cycle length it's like a week before that

I went in last week. My LMP due date would have been March 26th. My ovulation one would have been March 29th. The doctor put my due date from my measurements at April 3rd. I think there are a lot of things that go into it so it can really change when you get the measurements.
