So who else is considering not decorating for Christmas this year?

I love love decorating but even in my kidless years, my decorations are always up til mid January bc I’m unmotivated to take them down... i feel like if I decorate this year, 9 months pregnant, then with a newborn, that tree will be up til probably June 🤣 and honestly space gets tight with the decos up

Christmas is my favorite, so I’ll still be decorating!  It may take longer to do, but my husband will help me.  It wouldn’t be Christmas without decorations!

Still decorating!! Probably going to start a little earlier this year. Our daughter is 6 so there’s no way we couldn’t decorate!! Even Elf on the shelf is coming back ;)

Well I won’t be able to cause I have my baby on the 23rd of December I’m preying I be home on Christmas so I can eat lol but it depends on my body how long I be in labor only time will tell🤷🏾‍♀️

I’m so excited about decorating this year! I have a mini tree that’s going to be the baby’s tree lol & I will decorate a little stocking to hang this year! If my due dates stick our little one will be home a day or two before Christmas! ❤️

I'll be decorating :) I love it, it's my favorite time of year and it reminds me of all the great family times we have had before my grandpa passed (25 Dec 2016). I cannot not decorate lol. However I'll probably start with small things and build to bigger things. My doc told me to expect baby between 34-37 weeks so that's November for me. 
My husband will probably take the decorations down mid Jan lol!!

I usually do a real tree but this year will do a small artificial I’m borrowing and just do some decorating but not my usual amount as I’m due Dec 30. My plan is to take everything down on the 27 but doing the artificial just in case she comes early as obviously a real tree would be a fire hazard if I couldn’t get to it in time.

My husband would riot if I said no decorating for Christmas lol. He loves Christmas.
Luckily for me he loved it enough to help me decorate (or this year decorate while I supervise)
As well our little Babysaurus is due New Years Eve, and if he is early I would love pictures of him with and all our decorations (for example swaddled and under the Christmas tree looking like a present)

I know exactly how you feel! My baby boy is due 12/16, I keep hearing from people that he’ll be late since he’s my first 🙄😭 I told my hubby I’ll decorate a little but for Christmas but maybe we’ll save the tree for next year when he can actually enjoy it and touch it, etc. I’m definitely bringing out my Xmas bedding 🥰 That is a must!!!
