How do I get my baby to sleep ?

My 10 month old will not sleep! Idk what to do I gave him Tylenol because he’s just getting over a little bug.. he usually sleeps fine with my in my bed, but he won’t even do that. I’ve been letting him cry it out because no matter what I do he won’t stop. I gave him a bottle as well and changed his diaper the whole 9 yards.. but he just won’t sleep... he didn’t even take a late nap either.. ugh.

I know all babies are different. A warm bath sometimes seems to work for my son. And i rock him, i understand it can be frustrating.  I feel for you.  Could be sleep regression

Sounds like he’s sleep deprived as well from missing the nap earlier. If I’ve tried all my regular stops on the comfort train I eventually give up and just let them be with me and play for 30 or so minutes (depending on ages of course) and it seems to reset their little bodies and they’ll realize they’re sleepy and be ready for bed. 
Sounds like he just missed his sleep window and without a nap and his hormones are just all out of wack. 
I think another mom said a warm bath helps their kiddo, I’ve done that before to! Good luck! And if you haven’t already start making a sleep journal. Really helps with seeing their natural sleep patterns when you’re too exhausted to remember.
