Ok so I was born female. I hate it I hated barbies as a child I played with my brothers hot weals. As an adult I hate high heels and dresses and makeup. As a teen I was confused and hated my body. I still hate my body as an adult. But I dont want to be a dude eathir  so what the fuck am I? My family calls me an it am i an it?  What am i?

Maybe you just don’t like what society would call femininity. That doesn’t make you trans and it definitely doesn’t make you an it. You might even be gender fluid. However no one here can tell you because none of us are inside your head and can feel what you feel. I’d personally get some counselling or therapy with someone who specialises in this area so they can help you understand yourself better. 
I also want to add that you don’t need to label yourself with anything. Being who you are and being content with that is all that matters. I think that’s more important than finding a label for yourself.

Like you said, you're a female. Women in day to day real life are nothing like how women are portrayed in the media and even on Instagram. Lots of women dont wear heels and dont care for dresses. 
Honestly you dont have to put so much thought into gender and let it confuse you. Be a female and like what you like wear what you wanna wear and just be you.

I'm a girl buy I'm definitely a tom boy. I hate dresses, makeup, heels, etc. I love using tools, building things, fishing, sports, etc. I'm not feminine and prefer "boys thing" but I'm still a girl. I am with an amazing man who loves every bit of who I am

People say girls can like whatever they like, and be girls, yet girls who like what boys like turn into boys.
Be a girl who likes whatever she likes?
I am a big tom boy on the inside, yet I cherish what I have as a woman on the outside. I surprise people with my feminine looks and my boy character.
