Is it normal to bleed whilst pregnant? I just went to the toilet and when I wiped there was blood it’s not heavy it’s pink and like the start of a period where it’s only on the toilet paper as I wipe... could this be the start of a miscarriage? I’m 5 weeks pregnant I have put a pad on too so I can see if I bleed more during the night (it’s 1am here)

So had a scan today and they couldn’t find a reason for the spotting baby has a good strong heartbeat and I got my due date I’m due 20th April which makes me 6 weeks and 2 days
