honestly with my son two years ago i tested in the morning cause it was me and my husband anniversary and didn’t see anything and then i stayed up till 1140 after painting a room and decided to take a first response before hoping in the shower and when i got out i had a very obvious positive it shocked the heck out of me i saw the time 1158- and ran to my husband and was like it’s still our day and guess what lol

The morning would be more concentrated where at night you could be more diluted which makes it super faint. Good luck
