HELPPPPPP MY BABY WAKES UP AT LEAST 6 TIMES A NIGHT
My 7 month old wakes up non-stop at night. She isn't hungry, just in a shitty routine. Any advice? I know it's prob time to sleep train but I tried it several times and was unsuccessful. Any gentle forms of sleep training??? Anytime I read an article about it it just tells me to buy their book. I don't have time to even piss alone...how can I read a book?? I'm desperate for sleep. I also work too so I'm so drained 😪
