Weight Loss for Boobies!!!! 😂

So I have an endocrine disorder called PCOS that among many things, makes it very hard for my body to regulate insulin levels. My hormones are always out of whack, I get painful cysts on my ovaries, easily gain weight and can hardly lose it. It was much easier to manage as a teenager, but after having a baby (he’s FOUR now!) I gained a good 75 pounds and can’t seem to lose it. I had to do a ton of research on my disorder, and I found that because of the insulin resistance, I need to avoid high carb, sugar or gluten foods as well as dairy. Basically I can’t have any white bread, flour tortillas, white rice, pasta, and even overly sugary fruits such as bananas in order to see any success. I also found out I might have been doing too much high cardio exercise (who knew that was a thing). Apparently when running or doing any extreme cardio, your body produces insulin, and mine again couldn’t regulate it properly. I was running an hour after work every day for months and the scale wasn’t moving! Now I’m going to focus on weight training, yoga and walking. Anyways, I decided in order to overcome the mental barriers I have over not being able to have cheat days or eat what other people can eat, I’m going to reward myself with the purchase of a brand new rack when I’m done losing the weight! 😂 unfortunately (another symptom of pcos) the girls were never exactly youthful and perky looking, and having a baby made it worse. So..... a new pair of boobies should be an incredible reward and is really encouraging me to keep pushing and find a way to make the weight come off!!
