The insides of my thighs are rough and dry??
Hey ladies, I’m 23 and I’m a Virgin (not sure if that matters l) and the space right between my thighs like where the panty lines are and I think where my panties rubs up against my thighs too. It’s dry white patches and I’m not sure if I wanna moisturizer down there or exfoliate or whatever. Thanks in advance for any help!
