TSH levels

Hey I was looking for some help I have had my results back on some bloods today (doctors appointment isn’t till the 6th though 😔) and my tsh has come back as 10 which is abnormal has anyone else had this that can give advise or a heads up on what to expect next been trying for 3 years now 😔
