so yesterday i went to the doctors and they are treating me for BV with antibiotics and i’m taking probiotics. however, i’m still in pain and very swollen. i just looked down there and the open wounds that are causing me pain are these bumps around the area that look like razor burn but i don’t even know what it is. they seem to be healing over but they hurt like shittttt. should i put antiseptic on?? help

i have really sensitive skin and this may be from the really rough sex i had but it is like ripped open...this shit really hurts
