Have any of you mama’s moved out of state with your kids? I imagine laws are different in each state but i live in Florida and i am thinking about moving out of state with my daughter. Her dad is on her birth certificate, but hasnt had any custody of her since i left him when she was first born and doesnt pay official child support. He pays me cash each month, but nothing through the court and he visits her maybe once every other week. Anyone know what laws are in place or what i would have to do to be able to move away?
