Positive OPK yesterday. Did I ovulate ?
I had a positive OPK yesterday with a ton of egg white cm. Today my OPK was negative and my cm has dried up. Does this mean I possibly ovulated?
Adding my charts if it helps.. Temps are skin temps from Ava bracelet. I know many say AVA is incorrect. But it’s the only thing I can use due to irregular sleep.
