C section pain 4months pp
Hi everyone
I’m 4 months pp and every now and then still feel some soreness and itchiness near and on my c section scar. Nothing major but, definitely annoying.
I’ve been doing a lot of Pilates and it kind of feels like my scar is being pulled in all sorts of direction since my stomach is “tightening”
Anyone else experiencing this?
STM w c sections, did you have this the first time ?
