So I just went for my 8 week follow up glucose test (the 3 hour) after baby was born, and I felt totally fine until I got out to my vehicle. I was so dizzy I thought I was going to throw up and pass out. I had to sit in my vehicle for a few minutes before driving home. By the time I got him I was so shaky from hunger that I just devoured probably 2 meals worth of food. It’s been 45 minutes since I got home and I’m feeling better. The thing is, the drink has never made me sick before when I was pregnant. And I’ve had it like 5 times in all my pregnancies. So I’m wondering why it made me sick now, not being pregnant. Has this happened to anyone else?
