Car registration - Texas
My old friend sold me her car for $1000 but it broke down on me before I could transfer the title to my name (she did tell me it had problems when she sold it to me).
Can i still complete the title transfer process even though the vehicle isn't drivable and won't pass inspection? I'm thinking about keeping it as a project and we've already signed all the forms we need
