Progesterone question!!!

So, we’ve been off the fertility grid for a bit. Recouping money, distressing etc. Anyway, I wanted to see what my progesterone level was after I got a positive ovulation test strip. With the clinic I automatically went on progesterone 5 days after trigger/<a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> etc. because I was told it’s just protocol.

My progesterone 5 days after positive OPK was 8.1. So they called saying to start prometrium BID. I’m totally fine with that, but I’m wondering if it’s something I should be doing monthly after OPK?
