I've kinda got this weird thing/problem.. So everytime me and my boyfriend have sex it feels so good and everytime I feel I'm about to orgasm it also feels like I need to poo at the same time and it's kinda really starting to piss me off, I know this is probably too much detail but it's like I'm actually pooping like it's coming out, can someone help me I don't know what to do?
