I am 4 days late to get my period. I have unprotected sex and took a test today and it came back negative. I have like light red blood coming out barely and it only happens if I have a tampon in and take it out later on. The blood does have some small clots that almost look like lining but I’m not sure. Does this sound more like a late period or implantation bleeding? I’m not looking to get pregnant either. Wondering if having strep at the time I was supposed to be ovulating could cause the delay or if it just normal.
