No, I had thrush on my nipples and he took bottles for a week no problem latching.

The latch won’t be your problem, pumping works very differently to nursing and it’s way too soon. You need to put lots of ointment on between feeds or get some hydrogel pads but you really do need to keep nursing to establish your supply

Mine were the same and they would scab a tiny bit and be raw but I suffered through it and it actually got better and I have not had any pain since and I’m 6wpp still exclusively breastfeeding! They started hurting a bit recently though because I just started pumping to try and build a stash
