So I think I'm struggling with post partum anxiety.... anyone else in the same boat?? What helps you?

Honestly, I have no clue. It gets the best of me alot of days and cause of it, I sometimes get so mad out of nowhere. I have found keeping the house clean and taking a breather outside with just myself really helps sometimes. And when the day is fine and my little is down for the night, HOT HOT showers

I have post parrum
Anxiety I believe. I have the worst thoughts and fears about something bad calls I g to my bubs. I literally feel my “no!” When I have a bad thought lol. I hate that I worry about everything but I just try to think about something good and force myself
To think positive if possible and realize that negetive thoughts don’t do any good. It’s tough but o knkw there are also support groups!

I had it with my second and may have a touch of it now. Please please please go to the dr. I didn’t realize I had it until I was 6 months pp and I lost 6 beautiful months with my oldest kid.
