I have a question...

So yesterday and the day before I’ve been getting faint positives on FR tests. I went to the hospital today because I was still having cramping and bad headaches. I was told that I have a UTI and 2 cysts on my ovaries. One on my right ovary and one on my left. I also was told my urine came back negative for pregnancy. Could my cyst represent an early pregnancy and they just not know it yet?
