I stopped taking the pill last month (11dpo fingers crossed) and I'm finding I'm hungry all the time now. Just wondering if anyone else experienced this after going off the pill or other hormonal birth control.

Mine was the opposite, I lost about 10 lbs the first three months after going off hormonal birth control (Nuva ring). I had gained them slowly but surely over the previous 10 years, just getting older and metabolism slowing but I felt like my energy went up after going off it, don’t remember noticing a huge change in my appetite except the week before my period I’d always be ravenous!
