anxiety and panic attack
the last few weeks I've had several panic attacks and I can't shake it. I try taking deep breaths and walking trying to distract my mind but they are happening more often and I cant seem to control it. any tips? I feel nauseated and cant breathe, I'm having hot flashes and shaking. I just checked my BP and pulse and it's high.
