NuvaRing help! Tips for long nails!!!
I recently started using the Nuvaring and am nearing the end of three weeks...any tips on taking it out? I’m a little nervous especially since I regularly get my nails done. While they aren’t incredibly long, they definitely hang over my fingers....will my nails make it harder to take out or more painful?
