TMI! Passing tissue

Ok so today I noticed some brown tissue when I wiped this morning. It was only a little so I ignored it. But when I showered this evening I noticed there was more. It was kinda skin-like I guess and I’ve been cramping for the past few hours. Has anyone else had this happen and should I be concerned?
