Yes, it’s under 200mg. Tho I wouldn’t be worried even if it was, as long as you aren’t going nuts with caffeine (it’s in other foods too not just coffee btw) it won’t affect baby.

Girl I drink coffee EVERYDAY - I used to be a HUGE caffeine drinker and my midwife told me to just cut back to a cup a day so I don’t get migraines 🤷🏻‍♀️ you’re good! And omg this does look good I’ll have to try it too!
