Is there such restaurants Or cafe that only make or serve salad— A salad bar?

Hahah Like subway and chipotle, but just “salad base” if that make any sense... like, I get to chose all the toppings and my dressing... 😂

I’ve never been to a vegan restaurant before so I don’t know if what I’m describing only applies to vegan restaurants because I love meats in my salad, too, like eggs, bacon or ham... so I doubt there would be any...
