I’ve not been tracking this entire cycle, so I understand there may be nothing to go on but I am new to BBT so thought I would ask. Was diagnosed last month with PCOS, have been taking Angus Castus and MyOva to try and adjust some of the hormones in my body.

I had my Mirena Coil removed 10th May, one 5 day AF 14/05-19/05 & have been TTC since.

63 day cycle later, AF finally showed up 16/07.

Now I’m currently on CD44 & absolutely no signs of anything 🤦🏻‍♀️😩 Getting seriously fed up.

I read that with PCOS it can be better to track your BBT so I started mid cycle.

My question is, can you figure anything out from my chart?? I have set my cycle length for 63 days, as that’s all I currently have to go by.

Do you think I am due to ovulate when the chart says?
