Last year my baby daddy and I found out I was pregnant and he didn’t approve and wanted me to have an abortion and I didn’t so he got mad and pretty much left and I never heard of him until a couple of months ago (a year later and my son was 4 months) he came back pretty much demanding that he wanted to see him and take him unsupervised and that he wants to take him so he can spend the night and I told him that I didn’t feel comfortable or that I trust him because he pretty much walked away when we both needed him the most so we both agree that he was going to take him for a couple of hours once a week til I was comfortable and until my son was old enough to stay the night and until my son got use to him being his dad and me not being there with him but now he thinks that’s not enough and is demanding that my son stays the night when he never asks about him when he isn’t with him like he disappears and then messages me when he can come and see him out of all the times he has came back he has only seen him 6 times and when he uploads on social media he makes it seem that I don’t let him see him and that he is the greatest dad ever... and now he is planning to take me to court because I don’t let him take him when I’m the one messaging him asking him when he is going to come and see him and he never replies to me until he feels like it
