For women who’ve been diagnosed or have in the past or just know facts on gestational hypertension...

If the midwife has already set up appointments every week up until my due date for NST and BPPs...and I get the severe headaches when I’m home and I check my blood pressure and it’s high, should I let them know every time or just wait till I go every week to let them know about it still staying high?

Does that make sense?? Sorry.

Like today i woke up with headaches. Checked my BP not that long ago and it was 138/90. Yesterday at my check up it was 147/102 (it’s been high for weeks) they just diagnosed me yesterday with it. And I go back every Friday now for monitoring. But should I call them and let them know every time I get those headaches
