Does anyone else get scared shitless and paranoid when you see the miscarriage/no heartbeat posts?! I understand it happens and I feel deeply for these people as I’ve had a miscarriage before. But it sends me into a complete panic whenever I read them 😭😩 I think I need to stay off this app for the rest of my pregnancy!!

Yes!! I honestly wish there was a group or forum that didn’t allow those posts...I know that seems blunt or mean but it scares me so bad I like to read about other mamas going through the same things as me or knowing what I’m feeling is normal or just chatting but when I start reading about possible mc or other problems my whole mood changes and I don’t let myself get excited anymore....I need to stay off of it as well

Yes! I started thinking I should just stay off this app or just the forums because it’s just to much sometimes. I know it happens and there is nothing you can do but it’s not something I want to see a lot when I’m trying not to stress myself out. I’ll probably just look at my baby facts from now on until later on in my pregnancy.

Funnily enough I wanted to read them in my first trimester, I feel better knowing I’m more informed. Before reading stories like that I didn’t realise how common it was so it helped me prepare for it if it did happen in a weird way

Your are definitely not the only one and it’s like no matter what app I’m on I see them smh I’m still in my first trimester and I get paranoid I pray for them and then I pray for me and my baby cuz Idk what id do if I lost mine 😔

Yep! That's why I haven't announced anything. I am going to wait until I have anatomy scan around 18-20 weeks. I already have my first ultrasound and saw the heartbeat but something bad could happen. I heard a lot about all of sudden heartbeat stop beating.

I had to stop using this app when I was pregnant because it just gave me anxiety

It scares me mainly because I put myself right there in their shoes, like I am the one going through it and being told those things by the doctor. I try not to but that's how I've always been when reading things.
