I've been taking Tylenol pm every since I was about 14 weeks i am 27 weeks now my boy is measuring a week ahead and is really active and healthy,but I have insomnia and need Tylenol pm,is this ok I take just one every 24 hours

Anything being taken every day even while not pregnant shouldn’t be something you do. Pretty sure it says on the bottle is symptoms persist past x amount of days to see a doctor. Does your OB or midwife know you’ve been taking it every day for that long?

I wouldn’t personally take Tylenol or Tylenol PM daily.
Regular Tylenol (acetaminophen) is fine for occasional use but I’d take to your Dr about better options for sleep since Tylenol pm is acetaminophen AND diphenhydramine. 
The acetaminophen is safe in pregnancy but isn’t helping with sleep, only the diphenhydramine is, so you’re taking the acetaminophen for no reason. 
Also long term use of diphenhydramine isn’t recommend during pregnancy, particularly third trimester.

You are fine!! If you want towards the end try to decrease your amount! But I haven’t seen baby ever withdrawal from Tylenol PM

I asked my doctor and she said Tylenol pm was safe. She also said I could just take benadryl. Sometimes the Tylenol is helpful because I'm usually having severe back or pelvic area pain. I don't take every night but I have used frequently. And this was in my most recent visit which was just a couple weeks away from my third trimester.

Unisom is actually recommended for morning sickness, so you could definitely take that for insomnia! You will be fine either way though

Yes it’s fine. You can ask your dr since they know better. But mine said it’s fine. Taking 1 is fine, I take 2 occasionally.
