Braxton Hicks anxiety

I’ve called my doctor at least twice and had two appointments but these Braxton Hicks are giving me serious anxiety. Some days they literally happen all day long and some days only 5 or 6 times. Has anyone else experience this? It’s seriously making my anxiety and worry to crazy and I just try to remember that the doctor said as long as they don’t get closer together or more intense or painful, it’s all normal.
