If loseing weight is that hard then see another dr  They want you to prolly lose weight and bribg down your BMI so your not overly obese while pregnant which them could kill you or the baby from complications....!!!!!! FIND A NEW DR

Theres other ways You need to see a dr period and go from there

There's a reason your dr wants you to lose weight first. Get help losing the weight if you need it (I'm sure your dr could refer you to a nutritionist).
