Weird pregnancy symtom?

symptom? I'm 29w pregnant and Saturday night I woke all through the night from vivid dreams with the feeling of dejavu (dont know how else to explain) all day Sunday I had a few episodes of dejavu but not as bad and was in the weirdest bad/sad mood. Almost an out of body feeling. Idk how else to explain it. I feel some better but still have been not myself and in a bad/sad mood. Anyone have any experience or pointers on this one?

Pretty sure any one I tell is gonna think I'm nuts
