So I’ve been having some upper back pain but lately they’re is a nerve on my right side that hurts on my neck and will radiate up to the back of my head and towards my ear it hurts to even bend down and I feel the pressure or to even move it to a certain way but this nerve has cause intense headaches back then 😩 I don’t have money right now for a chiropractor but any remedies or anything I can do it doesn’t help that I’m also dealing with sinuses from the weather
